POTENTIAL
Jesus recognized potential in people where others saw none. He counted people in when the world counted them out. He took a chance on the lost so that they might discover God’s greater plan for their lives.

A MINISTRY OF
We live in a world where violence, exploitation, and injustice cause pain, suffering, and distress leaving people hopeless, despondent, and powerless.
Whatever path it takes, this vicious cycle of the human experience ultimately leads to physical, emotional and spiritual brokenness along with a desperate need to be made whole again.
Despite having only a glimpse into the first 30 years of his life, we can see that Jesus grew physically, mentally, and spiritually as he moved through stages of development familiar to all of us.
Jesus had a vision and a plan that aligned with his identity and purpose, the result of developing and nurturing relationships rooted in love with God the Father and those he encountered. His Spirit-led ministry focused on serving others, not by self-effort, but by God’s power.
Ultimately, his obedience and submission to God’s will resulted in a transformational union of intimacy with God and an ability to reveal his Father’s glory to others, demonstrated in his suffering and death on a cross to reconcile people to God.
Jesus recognized potential in people where others saw none. He counted people in when the world counted them out. He took a chance on the lost so that they might discover God’s greater plan for their lives.
Jesus displayed an enthusiasm that brought joy, blessing, and life to those he encountered. In his pursuit of peoples’ hearts his passion for God’s will was revealed, creating an infectious attraction as people joined him on his journey.
Once he got started, Jesus didn’t stop until his vision came to fruition and his goals were achieved. His path was far from easy but he pressed on with a determination to live out his purpose and his calling to the fullest.
Our approach to personal growth and development is one of investment in people and their potential with programs focused on mentorship, continuing education, and partnerships.
Whether its sponsoring yoga teacher training, hosting youth leadership seminars, or planting small business startups, our goal is to help people realize their dreams, reach for the stars, and redefine success in pursuit of their greatest potential.
Our programs combine financial assistance, Spirit-lead guidance, and community support as a means of planting seeds, nurturing growth, and harvesting success in individuals, families, and communities.
We believe that in order to see positive, meaningful, and sustainable change in our world we must be willing to continually upgrade, expand, diversify, and forge ahead when it comes to our personal development in ourselves.
We believe in shaping future generations through personal growth. If we want our children, grandchildren, and generations beyond to have more, experience more and live more abundant lives, we must initiate change and set the trajectory in our own lives first.
As iron sharpens iron we want to build a community that provides resources, offers experience, and fosters meaningful relationships for those with a desire to pursue their dreams and achieve their greatest potential.
We aim to partner with God in cultivating servant hearts through this process, realizing the potential for global transformation when people are willing to reach down from their place of progress and success to lift others up.

Our desire is for people to embrace their obligation to manage, develop, and use their God-given gifts and assigned roles for positive influence in the world.
Being a part of healthy, life-giving communities is vital to personal growth as we learn from others who have gone before us, develop a servant’s heart, and remain in spirit of gratitude and humility.
When our desire to serve others outweighs our need for personal gain, a transformational change occurs from within leading to an exponential increase in our sphere of influence.
