Creating Space For Something New
WOW Prenatal Yoga

God’s partners in giving life, our timeless teachers, the ones who understand what we cannot say; WOW Moms is a celebration of mothers as we support the cornerstones of hope and success for future generations.
At WOW we believe in the inherent strength, resilience, and fortitude of mothers, at the same time recognizing that it truly does ‘take a village.’ Our programs aim to prepare, support, and guide women on their journey of motherhood, with services focused on healthcare, community, and spirituality so that no mother feels like they have to do it alone.
Our goal is to improve the health and well-being of mothers before, during, and after pregnancy and delivery in order to reverse outcomes associated with maternal mortality, infant mortality, and complications in early childhood development as well as postnatal maternal health.
Pregnancy can serve as a time for healing where there is brokenness, resolution of conflict, and affirmation of love, leading to the creation of strong bonds between mother and child.
Prenatal and postnatal education is critical for mothers in preparation for the unexpected, making the best decisions for themselves and their child, and setting their family up for future success.
Mothers make an invaluable contribution to the lives of their children from nurturing and instilling values and morals to providing support and motivation for personal growth and development.
