

WOW YOGA
A celebration of breath, mindfulness, and movement, yoga is a comprehensive system for self-development and transformation. From teaching local classes to hosting retreats abroad, yoga serves as a fundamental component of our ministry serving people of all ages, backgrounds, beliefs, and levels of experience.
Our Approach
While honoring the fundamentals of breath, movement, and meditation we infuse our yoga with the message of the gospel transforming it into a powerful practice of praise, worship, and prayer.
With a desire to make yoga accessible to as many people as possible, we offer classes at little to no cost to participants.

Why Yoga?
Practicing yoga builds muscle tone and strength, improves balance, increases flexibility, lowers blood pressure, stabilizes blood sugar, regulates metabolism, and reduces inflammation.
Re-connecting the mind and body, yoga serves to balance the central nervous system, alleviating stress and increasing our capacity to effectively respond to anxiety, trauma, and suffering.
Yoga brings people together, building stronger, healthier, happier communities. It provides a safe space where people can share experiences, serve, teach, and support each other’s growth.
